Navi was born from our collective experiences at Google, Meta, Amazon, and the University of Toronto. Headquartered in Palo Alto, California.
When we came together in the summer of 2024 to build Navi, we shared a singular vision inspired by a challenge we’d encountered time and again: the difficulty enterprises face in adapting mainstream language models to meet their specific business needs. As machine learning researchers and engineers with years of experience, we knew this wasn’t just a technical hurdle—it was a trust issue.
We heard stories about compliance headaches, factual inaccuracies, ethical risks, and contextual misunderstandings that left organizations vulnerable. Generic language models, while undeniably powerful, simply weren’t enough to address these challenges. Enterprises needed more—solutions that would not only work but instill confidence.  That’s where our journey began.
